But recently i seeked out another replacement off eBay. so about 2 years ago i purchased a horrid battery replacement which was a chinese rip off of a Dell battery. it has aged well and still keeps up with nearly everything, just not battery life.
Which I found that my laptop was shipped with a battery that has a replacement part number of JHXPY, but the seller only offered 2 battery with different replacement number (JD25G and PW23Y) For starters, this laptop is at least 5-6 years old. I also ordered a replacement 9-cell (bulge-out) battery for the Dell. The pathetic battery life, combined with the fact that I am now doing iPhone app development, led me to replace my Dell XPS 15 with a MacBook. I asked the previous owner if he still have the old battery but there is no answer from, so I go to Dell website and provided my Tag Number there is View the Products Specs.
